the goshen fair
The Goshen fair (which takes place in Goshen CT over Labor Day) is hands down one of my favorite events of the year. Its smaller in size than the Big E or The Dutchess County and maintains a little more of that small town charm. I love seeing the animals, getting apple fritters, and watching the lumberjack competition. When I was little the cow barn had fresh chocolate milk on tap! That was my favorite!
