THANK YOU to everyone who participated in my quilt raffle to benefit The Loveland Foundation and The Souls Grown Deep Foundation.
 
Together we raised $1250, $625 for each organization. 

Modern quilting would not be what is is today without the contributions of African American and Black folx, thank you all for choosing to help support these organizations and the work they do for the Black community. 

I am happy to announce that I am raffling off the Wiley Quilt in support of The Loveland Foundation and The Souls Grown Deep Foundation. Each ticket is $10 and you may purchase as many as you’d like (1 ticket = 1 entry). Tickets must be purchased by Wednesday July 1st at 7pm EST, a winner will be chosen later that evening. I will be covering shipping and transaction fees.

The Wiley Quilt is pieced with vintage denim and entirely hand quilted with sashiko thread. It is named for blues singer Geeshie Wiley. A hanging sleeve is sewn on the back for easy display, piece would work well as an accent quilt or wall hanging (36”x49”).
